We hosted a lovely intimate evening discussion on Nov 13th, 2018 with Professor Karen Thornber on her latest research project “Women and leadership in Asia”. Many interesting statistical observations were made and there was lovely debate over whether some of the phenomenon was historically gender-stereo-type based (from all sides) or whether this was self perpetuated or not; and what has been done / needs to be done at an institutional level on order to create a different mindset.. we hope to welcome Professor Thornber again soon!
